This unique, award winning retirement homes concept provides 201 dwellings catering for residents aged 55 and over with a wide variety of needs ranging from reduced mobility to memory loss.
The building is focussed around a new bowling green and provides a comprehensive range of facilities including a gym, library, craft facilities and a hair & beauty salon, within a themed street scene featuring shops, restaurants, bars and café.
Constructed utilising factory built, timber-framed units clad in facing brickwork and rendered feature panels, the phased development provides a wide range of retirement facilities.
